hey. I dont take buspar for ocd, but I have taken it for anxiety...based on my experiences and those of people I know, it seems that Buspar can help anxiety/ocd, but its not really the best thing for monotherapy...it works better when combined with an antidepressant. So...if you're OCD and luvox and/or anafranil provide only partial relief, buspar might be a nice add-on med..it *might* also improve the anti-depressant effects of your med(s), which is always nice.
