Hi,
this is an interesting question. I was interested when I saw the title because I have taken both of those two drugs at the same time myself, although I'm not sure that I noticed much of an interaction between them. I started lexapro for anxiety and my doctor prescribed Xanax to help reduce anxiety until the lexapro kicked in. It took both of them for a few weeks and when I started feeling better, I stopped the Xanax.

Well I was on the Xanax I was very sleepy all the time, all day, and rather lethargic. I think it did help with the anxiety for sure, but I didn't like that disembodied feeling I got. It's possible that together are the lexapro and Xanax made me feel more lethargic and a dreamy event on the lexapro alone, or on the Xanax alone.

Had you taken both drugs together? Have you noticed any kind of interaction?
