Hi sdb!
I think propranolol may be more effective for PTSD because it crosses the blood brain barrier. According to the studies, it needs to act on the amygdala in order to reduce the major symptoms of PTSD.
I'm sorry I haven't replied to your email yet - I've been busy studying for the exams so I've had to stop emailing for a couple of weeks.
