Hi all! I just started taking zonegran for bipolar/weight loss and am curious to know if it had positive effects for anyone else? I was on topamax (400 mg) and lost 80 pounds. Then I became pregnant (go figure) and now the weight's back and I am also now immune to the magical weight loss effect of the drug. So, after much prodding, my doc prescribed zonegran at 100 mg/day for the first week or so. Then we'll see.

Has anyone experienced effective weight loss with zonegran? How about mood stabilization? I appreciate any/all comments. Thx!
