hey...it must be hard, I know; I have a family member who went through something similar a while back (he ended up doing ECT which I DO NOT recommend). Anyway, the previous poster is right; when you have troublesome side effects, they can usually be treated pretty well. Have you tried stimulants? I ask because some docs use stimulants as monotherapy in those who, for whatever reason, are unable to take conventional antidepressants. Ritalin is most popular for this use, but dexedrine, adderall, and, to a lesser extent, desoxyn are also used as well. I'd personally recommend that you keep pushing, trying new combos, new forms of therapy, and try to get some social support if you can...join a church/synagouge/mosque/whatever, that kind of thing. You might also want to have a physical and review your health. Even if you dont have any diseases CAUSING your problems, relatively minor health problems (ex: folic acid deficiency) can contribute to depression and make it harder to treat. Consulting a nutritionist might be worthwhile...if conventional psychiatric drugs have failed you, you might want to consider orthomolecular psychiatry, which basically uses mega-doses of vitamins and nutrients to treat mental illneeses. (Ordinarily, I'd say stick with conventional stuff, but those seem to have not worked so well for). Good luck!
