That's interesting. The doctor occasionally puts the reason for the medication on the prescription but not often.
100 Tramadol 50mg capsules
Take ONE or TWO four times a day when required for pain
Contraceptives, asthma drugs and thyroid hormones on repeat prescriptions usually say something like 'yearly review with the practice nurse'.
