Just anecdotal, but it did help with my arthritis pain.

Unfortunately, the pain relief hasn't been all that long lasting, although I know I'm hurting less than I would be without it. It's a subtle thing, but it's real.

I also take Chondroitin Sulfate and Glucosamine HCI, because even though the studies haven't (yet) proven it helpful for humans, the animal studies and what I've seen it do in animals convinces me that it does help....

Great, maybe I should get my meds from a vet?
