Thanks for that...I didn't think of missing a day but that makes alot of sense.
So you do believe that the agitation can be minimized by starting slowly? And that it gets better with time?

> Your'e on a pretty low dose but I always get the start up agitation even on only 10mg. My trick is to just skip a day. Prozacs long half life makes that possible and then I try again. Sometimes that is all it takes to help your body get used to it and sometimes I have to skip another day a couple of days down the road. If not you can try doing every other day for a couple of days (its like taking 5mg) and then give the 10mg a try again. You can probably just call your doc about trying it that way without having to wait to see them. Its a pretty common way of starting out with it and can really put a nix on the side effects.
