cutting :(

I feel really depressed again all of a suden. I dont know why my moods are so up and down. I feel like cutting so badly. But i didnt. I wont.
I took some valium and will take my normal dose later, but I dont think valium does anything for me anymore :( Are there any other long-acting benzo's that are a bit stronger than valium? Ones that are not as addictive as xanax and ativan? (my pdoc wont perscribe them).

I upped my Clomipramine to 200mg per day, which is what my doctor wanted. I hope it helps.

I gave the razor blades to my mother to throw out. She is upset that I had them but glad they are gone :(
