I experienced a mild improvement in mental energy without much effect on mood. Viqualine is a combination serotonin reuptake inhibitor and serotonin releaser. I did not feel apathetic or amotivated.

I don't think so. I wish I had a better idea from the investigator as to how much success he had with it. I think he liked the drug.
