Thanks for the responses,they really helped.To answer a few things first ill say it was hard enough to get amusiplride,unfrotunatly sulpride isnt even an option.Also the reason im intersted in this one is this one article here which compare it to Amiptine,excuse my spelling on both those meds,but im sure u know the ones im speakinf of.
Anyway supposedly there was a very small study that showed these two meds having equal effectivness on depression.....here it is

Also im hoping two things help contribute to any success with it,first ill be using the low dose of no more than 50 mg,second and most importantly im adding it to parnate a med that already is WORKING to some degree.Im hoping if some people had success with it mainly alone,then its promising adding it to a semi-effective med would increase its chances.I dont need it to do much as parnate can cover most symptoms,just the prosocial effect is what im hoping for.Well i think i am gonna go for it,i might as well now or itll bug me and ill end up doing it later down the line.
