There is no difference between the two drugs. Lexapro is a left handed isomer of Celexa, it was a patent protection move ($$). Either/or should have about the same effects, though the doses will be different (usually Lexapro is half of the equivilent Celexa dose).
As Scott mentioned, Cymbalta has shown outstanding results and might be worth a try -- the only drawback is that it is quite expensive. Good luck.
