I really don't know. The words you chose to describe your experience as "inner tension" are often used when akathisia is present. It would be an unusual reaction to Zyprexa. I doubt Topamax would help much if it is akathisia. You could perhaps use Seroquel instead of Zyprexa.

Have you tried Trileptal? I am taking it for bipolar depression and am experiencing intermittent improvements in combination with Lamictal. I can only pray that this stuff really sticks. I'm still not out of the woods yet.

Lamictal 150mg
Trileptal 900mg
Parnate 80mg
nortriptyline 100mg
Abilify 10mg
