Sounds like Clozaril may be in order. It really does work wonders when all else fails. You have to register with the company[maybe not anymore] and then weekly send in proof of the WBC tests. But that was 8 years ago when the drug was new. So the pdoc probably doesn't have to do this anymore. Fondly, Phillipa
