If anxiety's the problem, I would go with Paxil over Lexapro...Paxil helped me very much whereas Lexapro did nothing. But everyone's different. I found Paxil more effective than Paxil CR even though they're the same drug. At least that's what I thought...they don't make the CR version anymore for some reason.
