That's exactly what I was on with my first PG and he is just fine in fact is in the 95th percentile for stats and has great cognition. I did however switch to the lowest dose Zoloft with my second PG since the NeoNatal Specialist said it had more results about the drug crossing the placenta and being excreted into Bmilk. For me, meds are a must.
