Oh, my gosh Tampa, I am going to be starting CBT in the next two weeks as well!! It will be my first time for ocd.
I am also have some relationship problems....investing my entire day into worrying if she is the right one for me instead of enjoying myself. Thought of "i'd be happier if blah blah blah!! So frustrating.
