My pdoc told me that many doctors increase the dose too quickly which results in this and other side effects. He took about four months to get to 50mg and I noticed some tiredness and so switched to evening dose. I now take one at 8.00pm and the other at 1.00pm. I take a stimulant with the afternoon dose. If you don't have ADHD then provigil could address the tiredness side effect (if you get it) without the whole-body stimulant effect.

Wellbutrin is also an atypical antidepressant that has a mild stimulant effect and may be worth looking at. Good luck.
