> I just started parnate today. I'm quite paranoid about the diet restrictions already. Some things I'd like to keep eating are tofu, soy based veggie burgers and supplements, and whey protein... I'm told to avoid soy products and protein supplements, and the veggie burgers and the like probably contain yeast extract too. Anyone think some of these things are ok? Hmm, I'm not sure what I am suppose to eat for protein if they are not. I'm a veggitarian and enjoy bodybuilding so have always eaten really high amounts of these things. I guess I have to give up the bodybuilding.

Man of steele, best thing to do is as ur doing,ur new to it so u cant listen to everyone, everyone has their own dos and donts.Just at the beginigng keep an eye on urself as u beging to break the no no barriaer and find out what your essential no nos are.

For me,just soy sauce.I just had a huge HUGE pizza pie for dinner yummm and no interaction.I also have the luxury of OCCASIONALY and i say this so strictly of enjoying a beer now and then.

I also work out and psst heres a secret,i read somewhere only because of obvious results being seen that parnate effects gh,i on one hand dont have the energy for the painful workouts any longer however on the other hand im getting bigger and bigger,my p-doc even joked about it and asked who did i eat on my way in.

Liquid deprenyl was known to have gh properties, and i beieve parnate does too.

Dont dream of stopping, just cut back a little on the working out and diet, and i promise you will end up with a very short no no list of ur own.

As far as klonopin goes, god u know how many sleepless nights caused by parnate klonopin rescued, unless there are any ojections here id have to say klonopin should be the LEAST LEAS LEAST of you concerns with parnate.

I even had trouble with neurontion and heavy sweating and all it took to get over that was a spacing off the dose, its a shame of the scare tactic,so many people are scared to death of this life SAVING medication.

Superman this is not krptytonite, you will not be altering ur life hardly at all, just be weary until you feel u know the med well and how it feels in ur body, this should take 2 weeks to a month good luck and welcome to the parnate group.
