I know of someone who conducted research with UPS trucks about the work conditions for the drivers. I do not have access to the results or the paper, but I do remember her saying that the interior of the trucks reach 120 degrees F. That's why the drivers often where shorts and have the open panels in the cab.
I know meds are not supposed to be stored at higher temps. I would guess that a one time condition of higher temps would be much less likely to cause the med to break down or alter, but I'm only making an educated guess.
