How long have you been taking the 25mg of topamax? If it's not been at least two weeks, I would suggest not going up until then. Please don't increase it anymore than 25mg every two weeks, due to the side effects. Consult you doctor, as always. I know, we become to accustomed to taking these meds that we think we know what we're doing, but remember to be careful. I can always count on the members here to keep me grounded and in-line! The topamax can make you dizzy at first, but that should cease in a few days. Maybe feel as if you have the flu? Take care.-L
