I've heard doctors say that that can be a sign someone has ADD/ADHD - but I'm not sure if that's entirely accurate. I take Dexedrine 15mg 3x daily and there are some times when I can take long naps in the afternoon. I've noticed that when I do sleep while on Dexedrine that the sleep quality - to me - seems to be much better than usual. Not sure if this is just my skewed perception or what.
WHen I first started Dexedrine I noticed it made me very sleepy - but y the next dose it kicked in. I've been on and off it for 10 years or so and it still works great for me.
