Well... I am so confused at this moment as to what is helping or hurting me that I am not sure what to type.
I tried Ativan at the hospital and it was nice.
Restoril sure is helping me sleep so right now, that would be my favorite.
I, personally hate being on meds- I was so proud of myself to never have to pick up a prescription... then BAM! Since Christmas I live on medication and see my doctor almost every week.
