The same was the case with Lexapro. The company said that higher doses don't give better results. Just ignore that stuff. When they do these clinical trials, they only last 2 or 3 months.
Many people who do ok on a low dose at the end of the clinical trial will eventually need a higher dose after the study has concluded. So the drug company will not know about it.
