Ask your pdoc. 'anti-seizure' meds., such as Depakote, Tegretol/Trileptal, Lamictal and among others listed on the 'web' below.In my knowledge, if you get 'seizure' problem from taking 'more' than an average dosage/300 mg. Wellburtrin, then you may need to take 'anti-seizure' med. to counteract.
However, I'm NOT quite sure to suggest you on this method,.... 'anti-seizure' med. and WB' combo. First of all, you need to discuss this problem with your rx'ed doc. and mention about 'seizure' problem due to WB 400 mg.
