Makes me wonder if my 24mg/day derealization experience on tiagabine was a partial seizure aura or event. Thanks for posting that. If docs are going to use meds off label for psych reasons, there at least should be a study or two suggestive of efficacy. I don't think there have been any studies of tiagabine for use other than epilepsy. Anyone?
