Hi Rain,
thanks for replying. I'm not stressed or worried, but I do have a cold.

The reason I'm scared about dissociating is that I have had problems recently with derealization. I don't know if the two may be linked. I'll try not to worry, but it;s just the strangest feeling because I normally do not have any problems with my memory
