Hey Colleen - it may pass by itself - I get eye twitches all the time that are on and off for a couple of days.

However, when my DS, who also has GAD and OCD, went on Zoloft a vocal tic was "uncovered" that did not go away until after he was completely weaned off of it. The tic would become more pronounced when he was nervous or excited.

He's on Luvox now and the tic has not resurfaced. He just has different reactions to different SSRIs (when we tried Paxil, he became so activated he didn't sleep for two days!).

Bottom line - call your pdoc. If it is a tic, you can discuss your options. Even if it isn't, maybe he/she can suggest something that might help. Especially if it is stress induced.
