I was on Lexapro (10, 15, and then 20 mg), and became increasingly and debilitatingly fatigued and apathetic. About a month ago I started taking Wellbutrin (150 in the a.m.), and I feel better than I have in years. I have energy, I'm not eating for comfort, and I feel optimistic about my life! I take it as soon as I wake up, because I'm a lifelong insomniac (remarkably, it hasn't exacerbated my insomnia), but I noticed that I was having some irrational irratability in the early evenings, so now in addition to my morning dose I'm taking 75 in the afternoon. Normally you aren't supposed to break the pills in half, because it eliminates the extended release function, but in my case that is actually a positive, because it gives me the lift I need, prevents the irritability (mostly), and eliminates the extended release that would prevent me from sleeping. I know some people don't like it, but for me WB has been a tremendous help.
Good luck!
