> I am having HORRIBLE insomnia, i mean HORRIBLE!!
Is this genetically caused insomnia, anxiety driven insomnia, or medication caused insomnia.. sometimes getting to the root helps.
> I dont know what happens, i cnat move but i see things around me that are very disturbibng, but im PARALYZED!! i cnat breath, im smothered. This happens during the night, i belive thery are just disturbing nightmares.
A feeling of paralysis, a state of semi-consciousness while still being partially asleep is known as sleep paralysis and sounds partially what you're experiencing. Its as old as humanity and is accentuated by some medications. Its disconcerting but lessened so by not fighting the stasis.
> Halcion has been proven to be a potent hypnotic, but i need some talk.Have you exhausted other existing hypnotics with safer track records such as Ambien (regardless of what has been stated about it, it can and has been used long term... I know by personal experience), or Sonata (works for some). Lunesta should be out in a week and joins the class for a third medication.
Halcion may be cheaper as it and Dalmane are generic as far as I know, but they suffer from more daytime depression, somewhat more tolerance than the newer hypnotics and a somewhat more dangerous curve of overdose. But these are things to talk to your doctor about.
Maybe someone who has taken Halcion can directly comment. I've personally taken Dalmane and I found it wierdly potent, but that was just one experience.
Hope that adds some words to your search for sleep
