1. Can't say.
2. Yes.
3. Possibly.Sorry I can't be more sure of my answers on 1 and 3.
In 1998, I was on Zoloft for depression. However, in 1999, I got either agitated hypomania (I was DXd as BP2) or anxiety (not DXd at time, but looking back now, I think it may have been.) I was switched from Zoloft to Depakote (mood stabilizer) w/ Effexor (antidepressant). I felt better at first and stayed on these until the end of 2000 or beginning of 2001. But I gained 30 pounds, which was bringing me down, so I switched from Depakote to Trileptal. I still felt kinda depressed/flat, so I switched from Effexor to Wellbutrin. So I was on Wellbutrin and Trileptal when I started a drug holiday around December 2002. I couldn't seem to shake the flat feeling.
Fall of 2003, I had major anxiety (with insomnia and nausea) land on me. Tried Lamictal, which I liked for the short time I was on it, but I got a rash. Now I'm on Trileptal again, but this time with Cymbalta.
That's why my answers on 1 and 3 are vague. I'm not sure if I had anxiety on Effexor, and any apathy/energy issues I had seemed to be after I'd been it more than a year.
