Mabye I got lucky? My doc gave me enough for 40mg/day(adderall) and all I did was basically ask for it. Never had a stim before. Although Ive only used it 3 times, waiting for school mostly. I would say it was beneficial for any OCD type behaviour I had, it i easier to let go of thoughts as a poster has already stated.
