I think nortriptyline has the lowest sexual side effects of the tricyclics, based on what I've read and from my own experience. Lofepramine, which is a prodrug (precursor) for desipramine, is also considered to be good, but my own experience is that desipramine lowered my libido. However, in general, noradrenergic drugs like this to do not tend to cause orgasm difficulties as the serotonergic drugs like the SSRIs and Nardil do.
