These side-effects are still a mystery.

Posted by lostforwards on November 29, 2004, at 20:13:24

I've been off my AP for a while - 2 months. My left arm doesn't swing, while my right arm does.

I feel A LOT better now than I did when I first came off the meds. Almost as good as I felt while tappering off. This has been a really weird rebound.

I felt better on the meds, like I was used to them at that dose. I felt normal like I had never started them.

When I was on them even at the dose that gave me difficulty breathing and stiffness in my muscles ( but I felt fine emotionally ), both of my arms were swinging but I had dyskinesia in my fingers.

What's going on? why has my arm stopped swinging, while the dyskinesia in my fingers has disappeared.

Oh and NOW, a funny symptom is emerging... my left knee cap began to hurt in the evenings, about a week or two ago. I'm not sure if this is related to the side-effects or not.

I keep thinking something that happened while I was on the meds might've had something to do with it. I was using the bath room, standing up, and my left knee gave way. It didn't last though and only was momentary.

I also find if I take a benzo at night, cerax, when I wake up in the morning, my right eyebrow is very arched. It does this to some extent anyway, but the benzo makes it more. I also get a bit of the difficulty breathing in the mornings. It's more like shallow breating.

Any ideas?
