> Any ideas?Slinky, I wouldn't bother with the Lexapro if Celexa was unendurable. I found Lexapro just a speedier, less drowsy version of Celexa-I had all the same side effects. I quit my tiny bit of Cymbalta trial. It was just too agitating and anxiety provoking. Remeron-I agree-not worth the porkouts. Maybe it would be best to just wean off the Paxil and start up the lithium and see how it goes? SRI's are such a hassle. When I quit the Cymbalta I reverted back to Stratterra and I feel a lot better (*less* anxious). I'm also starting a once-a-day dose of SJW and it seems to calm me down and I'm tolerating it. The Stratterra+SJW isn't causing any hypomania at all--- and I can sit still without jumping up or wiggling my legs all around! cheers.. Mitch
