I think you are not taking enough medicine. Try some new ones, add ons, and higher doses. It could just be depression from just hving to take the meds. Have you taken any anti-psychotics, do you? That might help, then you wouldn't be getting serotonine syndrom. Anti-psychotics work mainly on dopamine, which is better for suicidal thoughts. You might be right the SSRI's are not helping, and you know that taking more of them won't make you feel better. I just increased my zyprexa to 15 mg, because of moods, seems to help.
