I've had paranoia too, it was really bad last February... yikes.
> I don't know if I've ever had a full-on psychotic episode, but I definately have psyhchses. My psychosis has been long and drawn out with paranoia on a daily basis like having thoughts that people are costantly analyzing me and have a network of people that are against me. I also have disorganzied thought and confusion. I've only had two full fledged panic attacks and couple of close ones. I had one panic attack right after I took my first dose of Celexa and another one after a long day of drinking in Spain. I've recently started to get near panic attacks right after I drink coffee. I never had this problem in the past. I take 20mgs of Geodon, and I think the panic attacks are some sort of weird interaction with it. I will try to get to the bottom of it with my next doctors visit. Panic attacks to me are a sudden rush as if I am loosing my mind and I am totally out of control. I also get physical symptoms as increased heart rate and hypersalivation.
