Cholinergic agonist experiences for clomipr. SEs?

Posted by Keith Talent on October 4, 2004, at 8:09:00

Hi, just thinking of asking my doc to add something like bethanecol to counteract the anticholinergic side effects of clomipramine (fast resting heart rate, memory impairment, dry mouth et cetera).

Have you had experience with such an antidote? Was it worth it? Is there anything that has a longer half-life than bethanecol, so it can be taken only once or twice daily?
