Hi,

I have been on PROZAC 100mg a day for 6 months to combat OCD. It worked well at first, but isn't anymore. I added wellbutrin a month ago - 300mg a day, to try to get relief from my depression. It hasn't helped much, but I read that I might
have to go up to 450mg a day. Right now I'm switching over to lexapro to try to help the OCD (It worked before). At the same time I will taper off the Prozac. Anyway, I read that wellbutrin blocks the enzyme that gets rid of SSRIS, so when you take it you have to reduce your SSRI DOSAGE, or atleast be aware of the drug interactions. Once I get stabilized on lexapro I will go up to 450mg of wellbutrin to try and clear up the depression

Note: the wellbutrin has really helped my smoking. In that sense it saved my life from lung cancer, etc.

Bye,

Dave
