OK, my 3 month break from Nardil to restore its brilliance has been completed it.

I'm on 45mg Nardil for two more days.

When 30mg Nardil begins I bring in my "anti-withdrawal" cocktail

Consists of

1. Remeron- 15mg
2. Xanax 2-3mg
3. Amisulpride- 50mg
4. Neurontin- 600mg- 1200mg

I will stay on this for 2 weeks after which point Nardil will be ceased. The 2 week washout will also consist of the above cocktail.

Then I bring in....

1. Anafranil- If i get paradoxical depression from it, i will stay on it max 2 weeks

then...

2. Effexor- hope this works...

if neither of those work, I will try,

1. Reboxetine
2. Nortryptiline (sp?!)
3. Carbamazepine
4. Clonidine.

So essentially for 3 months I will have to survive of the above meds, in various cocktails etc

then when I restart Nardil I drop them all, except the Xanax and Zyprexa... (I might even driop the Zyprexa too)

all these meds are not really chemically related to Nardil's pharmacological profile. So by taking them, I am not in any way 'skipping' the 3 month Nardil- free period.

Please guys wish me well, I am quite scared at the moment of falling into a depression or anxiety relapse. But this is the time to hold my head up!

I love you all

Ace

Nardil- 45mg (roughly 2 weeks left on it)
Zyprexa- 2.5
Xanax- 2-3mg
