Yes I've heard this and similar stories. I heard that celebrax was used as an effective adjunctive in schitsophrenia. It appears that inflamation has a huge role in how the brain regulates neurotransmission.

I have noticed that even aspirin can calm me down some times.
Another thing you could try is fish oil, which has antiinflamitory properties too.
