Effexor induced amnesia??

I know amnesia is listed as a side effect of effexor but has anyone actually experienced amnesia for a period of several hours or longer while taking this medication?

Was this the first time it had happened to you and did it happen more than once?

Did it ever reoccur after the effexor was discontinued?
