For some people, Parnate disrupts certain circadian rhythms. Not too much is understood regarding this yet. Try using caffeine. Nothing to be afraid of. It will also help with hypotension if you suffer any. Is the fatigue worse around 4:00pm? I found that many of Parnate startup side effects abated over time. I would not discount this possibility with the daytime sedation. The full antidepressant potential for Parnate is not usually realized until dosages of 40-60mg are reached. If the stuff works for you, and the daytime sleepiness persists, try Provigil.
