My wife was diagnosed reactive depression. We consulted couple physicians regarding medical treatment. One psychiatrist prescribed her Lexapro. Another doctor recommended Effexor XR. Since she is about 95 lbs, the recommended dose of Effexor XR is very small at 37.5mg/day. I have read several stories in the forum complaining about withdrawal symptoms with Effexor XR.
Does anyone have withdrawl experience of Effexor XR at 37.5mg/day? Is Lexapro better in terms of withdrawal symptom?
