I'm not absolutely certain, but after several years of reading hundreds of posts here and elsewhere, as well as reading many journal articles, I would say that Effexor and Paxil are probably the worst. I believe this means they are addictive, much more addictive than most of the benzodiazapines and stimulants we discuss here.
