Yeh I definately have this. I always used to be terrible in the mornings, I'd beg my mum or dad to give me a call from work to try to coax me out of bed! Then Id get out of bed, sit down on the floor and then be there for like 50 hours. So then Id head downstairs and sit on the sofa and not be able to move. ARRRGGH! Just go get some breakfast damnit!! It got to the point where I just refused to sit down until I had gotten a cup of tea and blah blah, coz I knew Id never get up again if I took a pause! I bought some of that rescue remedy too, and (okay I know this sounds stupid) but in the end, if I'd been plonked somewhere for hours, I would just take some of the RR and then just force myself to GET UP. Often I'd be walking around clapping my hands (okaaay) really hard, just to distract myself from THINKING!!

Anyway point is, the afternoon would be better and then by the time my dad got home from work, say 10pmish, I'd be feeling more in control. To the point where I'd think about things and feel a little better etc etc, and think things would be ok. And then the next morning comes and I'm back to square one!! Eeeek.

Yeh its very normal. Well, with depression that is! And I do reckon that even people who arnt actually *depressed*, if they have pessimistic tendencies or an anxious disposition, they follow a similar style of just feeling better as the day goes on. My mum has the opposite! She's like someone from the Braidy Bunch, up at the crack of dawn, humming away and ladeda, being all happy!! She's great in the mornings. But then come about 9pm, shes feeling tired and irritable...

Anyway, look at me waffling! xx
