I read Cindy W's message about effexor and i just wanted to say that i am experiencing all of those things to. I am on 75mg for about 5-6 weeks now and am just worn out. i cant get enough sleep. which is really not good for getting anything done. as a new mom, i really need my energy. the dreams are crazy, the metal taste i sometimes get, i sweat all the time and no interest in sex. however, no more panic attacks and i am definately more tolerant of things that used to stress me out. any suggestions for how to get my energy back? does that part wear off? the headaches are a bear sometimes, but the fatigue is worse...please help
