Not to rain on anyones parade, but the drug companies tend to underestimate the time of a drugs release. They want and need to keep investors interested until the drug finally hits the market. Ensam has received an "approvable letter", but not final approval.
For a similar example, look at Cymbalta/duloxetine. It received its "approvable letter" over TWO YEARS ago and has just recently gotten final approval with a launch date expected later this summer.
Hopefully this won't be the case with Ensam, but as far as I have heard they haven't received final approval and they haven't started production of a product.
I hope it will be out later this year, (I will be first in line to try it!)but I wouldn't hold my breath.
