Hi fluffy,

I am BP II and after an uncharacteristically nasty manic episode I was on Seroquel for a while. It was great for mania, but it turned me into a sloth. I was switched to Geodon, and it also made me apathetic (though it was excellent for anxiety). Right now I'm on 300mg Lamictal and 80mg Prozac, and am doing extremely well, except for sleepiness, which I just posted a complaint about. :^\ Have you ever been on Lamictal?

My husband was put on Abilify for maybe two weeks before he threw in the towel, after going into a tailspin. He felt it was a disastrous experiment, but of course everybody is different.

When I was on Depakote I felt pretty "who cares" about everything, but in a happy sort of way, not a deadened way. In either case, it was a drag. Plus I gained 20 pounds almost overnight. Everything tastes so good when you're on Depakote! Two years later, I'm still not back to my normal weight. >:^#
