I know someone who had success treating dysthymia and CFS using:

amisulpiride + selegiline + memantine

He said that the selegiline was very helpful. I think he went on to replace memantine (NMDA glutamate receptor antagonist) with acamprosate (glutamate release inhibitor).

I hope you find something that works. You might want to search the Internet for stuff written by Jay Goldstein regarding CFS.
